- Prepare waffle mix according to package instructions. Slice brownie in half diagonally. Dredge in waffle mix and immediately fry for about 2 minutes – just until crispy outer crust forms.
- Meanwhile, whip up the cream with 2 to 4 pumps of Irish cream syrup. Reserve.
- Plate deep-fried brownie and top with a scoop of mint chocolate chip ice cream and a dollop of Irish Cream Whipped Cream. Serve.
