And, since it is slower churned, gelato tends to have a lower fat content than traditional ice cream, letting the flavors of the ice cream pack more of a punch. You can keep things familiar with flavors like Chocolate, Salted Caramel, or Strawberry, or you can go for more out there flavors like Pistachio and Mango Sticky Rice!
