Chef Marcus hates food waste. It's like throwing your profits out with the trash. Instead of doing that, Chef recommends coming up with some recipes that will let you reuse some of your unsold dishes. That's what he did with these Breakfast Slam Muffins. Made with left over biscuits, sausage and bacon, muffins are a great grab-and-go option for your in-and-out customers, or top with some gravy and melted cheese for a sit down version. Either way, both you and your guests will love this dish!
