- Pre-slice your potatoes and tomatoes.
- Shallow fry bangers for about 12-15 minutes, or bake in a 350 oven for 25 minutes for a less greasy presentation. Note: do not cook the bangers in water, as this will spoil the texture.
- Meanwhile, cook bacon on a flat-top for a few minutes each side until starting to brown. Turn occasionally.
- Meanwhile, slice puddings to about a quarter inch thick and fry for 3 to 4 minutes on each side. Pudding should be cooked through and the outside should be crispy.
