Who knew fun food could also be so easy? This Panini-Pressed Pizza Pocket is perfect for the kid's menu or for customers who want something a little more adventurous at lunch than the usual sandwich. Chef Marcus kept this version simple with just cheese and marinara for a vegetarian-friendly dish, but feel free to add pepperoni or other traditional pizza toppings to make this recipe your own.
